Would it be possible to add a function where the student could click a link and get a single consolidated book list for the term across all of the courses they are enrolled in?

Adam Sentz Official comment @Kevin - Populi already has this in Bookstore. You can even access it if you aren't using Bookstore by visiting yourschool.populiweb.com/router/bookstore/student_books.
