I'm copying this over from support ticket #68497 as was suggested to me.
would greatly appreciate it if I didn't have to assign points at the beginning of the test creation process. Often, I don't know exactly how many points it is going to be out of until I create it! As it stands, I currently enter some arbitrary number of points, create my tests in Word, then copy/paste the questions over and the adjust the points to match what I actually did.
One other test design irritation. If I have a test designed, then decide to change/delete a question, it automatically changes the weighting to fit the number of points. For example, I have 50 multiple choice questions and 10 true/false question each worth 1 point. I decide to delete a multiple choice question and add a T/F. As soon as I delete the multiple choice question, the weights of every other question goes to 1.02 points or something and I can't add the new question until I manually reset the weight to 1 point.
