It would be great if a person without the admissions module was able to process an application fee. We have a number of applicants who either don't have a CC and come to the office to pay, or call in to pay because for some reason they are having issues with their CC online.
While a finance user can take a payment, she can't connect the payment to the app and hence, there is a time delay (an admissions user needs to be notified to log in and set the fee to paid) between an applicant paying and actually being able to start/submit their application (we use each option on different apps).
Is there anyway around this - or connect the two - other than giving Admissions access to Finance users?
