It would be great if there was a way that we could add an internal note to a transcript request as one of the Action options. There are a few occasions in which I need to be able to make a note that I contacted the requester for some reason. Even better would be if this note could appear at the bottom of the transcript request and in the requester's activity feed. Thanks!
