Is there a way we can add Enrollment Status fields (Enrolled, Auditor, Withdrawn, etc. at any given term) that you can find in Reporting>Enrollment Tab and even Admissions Tab fields INTO the Data Slicer?
Right now, the only option available in the slicer close to an enrollment status is Enrollments Reported in Term, which, I think Steven or maybe Josh confirmed in previous calls, ONLY accounts for Courses Attempted/Enrolled. It does not factor in if the students ended up Withdrawing or have an Audit enrollment.
This is helpful in running reports to my boss and decision makers because Courses Attempted is not really painting a good picture since many attempted courses are also withdrawn.
Moving Admissions fields into the Data Slicer is also helpful in tracking accepted students and acceptance dates, etc., and then comparing it with all the existing fields in the Data Slicer.
I have seen a request for Financial Aid fields moved as well in the Data Slicer. I think this is a good idea as well.
Because Admissions, Enrollments statuses, Financial Aid and Student Data are ALL interconnected, we wanted to see a comprehensive Data Slicer that can slice a data with those interdepartmental fields in consideration so we can narrow down further and have a really specific report available in a very efficient way.
This would be a great New Year's gift if you can add these!
