LTI in embedded iframe

Have the option of putting the remote tool in an iframe on the same page instead of popping up a new page.

@Mike - Right now LTI links open in new tabs, and LTI assignments open the tool in an iframe overlay. If you could provide more details about your particular use case it would help us thing about improvements. Are you wanting the option to load an LTI tool into the body of a lesson page?
