Customizable email notifications by course

I would love for the email notifications to be customizable per course.  As of now, I can only turn them on or off for all of my courses through my settings.  Sometimes I don't need to see those notifications for courses I am not the primary faculty on, so having some way to turn those on or off per course would be super.
