Hi. Spoke to Steven in customer service today and he suggested I write in as he could not offer a solution. I am a manager of admissions personnel. I need to be able to see ALL of their to-do's to make sure they are not behind on following up. Apparently, Populi does not permit anyone else (i.e. supervisor) to extract to-do's that a staff member has scheduled outside of the use of applying a communications plan. Applying a communications plan is NOT always appropriate for a lead. A custom "to-do" may be better. Case by case. Also, under the to-do's tab, NOT all leads are assigned to me or by me so that route does not solve the problem if the staff person schedules a to-do on their own. It seems the only work around for this at the moment is for me to log onto Populi as the staff person. That also creates issues as it can trigger a "false alarm" that someone unauthorized has logged into their account. Thanks for considering this feature or for providing me with a better work-around. I can provide examples by user name/lead name if needed.
