Set Default "Manage Visibility" Setting to "Make Visible for Everyone" for Files (e.g. Syllabus) in the Course Info Tab

we upload syllabi into the courses, on their "Info" tab. We've learned that we have to manually change the setting so that every student can see the syllabus during the open registration period. So we have to upload the file under the "Files" part of the course's "Info" tab. Then we have to click on the file, click on the 3 dots, and manage visibility, changing it for everyone to see it instead of only enrolled students. Students like to see the syllabus before they enroll, not having to enroll, look at syllabus and then un-enroll. So if you could set the default setting to "everyone can see" that would be super-sweet and save a lot of work! Thanks for considering!
