Bulk re-enabling of school domain emails.

We need a way to make sure all school emails at our domain are not blocked (or never blocked).  

There have been a couple times where our email server (Microsoft.com) is down and Populi has sent e-mails to our students at various automated times, subsequently they bounced they were blocked - requiring re-enabling.  The only problem is that we don't know they were blocked.  Yes, there is a report but sifting through it daily would be labor intensive (and boring).

So, since we own the emails it would be best if they never got blocked.  Perhaps a way to report on OUR domain e-mails.  Or perhaps y'all have an even better idea. 

Perhaps all "school" tagged e-mails could be prevented from blocking?

Also curious if any others have run into this.
