I would like to request a view only permission for Student Billing. We have a large group of employees we call Enrollment Management Specialists who are the people our students interface with most for almost everything. We're finding that giving them full permission to Student Billing puts us on the blurred line mentioned on page 2-36 of the Federal Student Aid Handbook, paragraph 6. We do not want them to have the ability to make any changes to a student's account.
