I love the rubric tool. However, when I'm grading a paper I have to either open/close it...or remember everything in the paper. It would be really helpful if the rubric opened in a separate window or "floated" somehow so it could be moved off the assignment area. Then, I can read and annotate the file AND grade on the rubric simultaneously.
