It would be great to have more functionality for locking pictures. Both on an individual bases, but also by certain populations. We don't like that it's all or nothing.
For example, Our online campus is basically its own school - and treats populi more like social media - so they want their students to be able to upload pictures as they go throughout the program. But our residential programs use the Populi ID as the student ID, and want to lock the photos into place for our faculty to be able to utilize more. So it makes sense for us to need two different settings based on campus.
