Would like to see more detail in the report exported from the Communications / reporting tab that shows errors with email. As an Admin I check this report. It would be nice to have more info to more easily have the appropriate person or department track down the issues with the email vs trying to do it all as the Admin. Right now you can see the Owner Type which can help a little but it would really be nice if you could see more relevant information that might include assigned representative, person / module who may have initiated email. ie in one example I see bounce for Owner Type of "Person" and when investigating find they are a Donor. I am assuming the system may have tried to send them a receipt or someone from Finance team may have tried to email them. I the info of they Active Donor tag was in the report I would know to send them to finance for investigation. In another example of an inquiry, if I click the error on the reporting screen I can see who the representative is and have them contact the person to get it fix. It is really inconvenient to have to click on each error record individually to try and figure out who should work the issue. Would be real nice to have this in the exported spreadsheet so I could sort / filter and send to the appropriate parties to investigate / fix.
