Only allowing course cloning during a date range.

It would be very helpful to us to lock out those with a faculty role from cloning a course after a certain date - similar to how online enrolment is permitted only during a date range. It is a huge interruption to work flow when a faculty member decides to clone his or her course two weeks before the term start.
