Add a Notes/Comments box to the Financial Dashboard

I'd recommend adding notes to the Activity Feed and setting visibility options to make them available only to the appropriate financial roles.

A financial dashboard would be helpful vs looking through the entire activity feed. Especially for those admins with dual roles.
