Our school has some info that we put on the back of printed transcripts. It explains grades, our accreditation, etc.
I would be great if this sheet could be included in outgoing digital transcript requests

[Registrar] Villafana I agree! I just had an "Official" transcript denied because our transcript key was not part of the electronic transcript they received.
Also, FYI--official transcript's I send that are encrypted, many of the access codes end up in the recipient's spam folder.

After scratching my head for months, I have figured out how to add a transcript legend. Visit: https://ahulaw.populiweb.com/router/academicsettings/general and scroll down to "Transcript Footer." Here is the fun part.
- Gather the information you want to paste in there in notepad, MS Word, or WordPad.
- Arrange them how you would like
- For any heading that you want BOLD, for example, if you want TRANSCRIPT LEGEND in bold, list it as <b>TRANSCRIPT LEGEND</b>. Notice the "<b>" and "</b>" around the word. This will tell Populi to translate TRANSCRIPT LEGEND to TRANSCRIPT LEGEND.
- If you want something to be italic, for example, if you want "Guidelines for School Rules" in italics, list it as <em>Guidelines for School Rules</em>. Notice the "<em>" and "</em>" around the word. This will tell Populi to translate Guidelines for School Rules to Guidelines for School Rules. If you want something underlined, use "<u>" before the word and "</u>" immediately after the word.
- That information will appear immediately after any information Populi automatically lists on the transcript template!!
