Clickable Links attached to Words of Text

In Discussions or on the Dashboard, I want the ability to include a link to a website by linking it to a word or phrase of my message text (e.g., "click here") instead of having the full URL address displayed as the link.  The full URL addresses can be quite long and including them makes the discussion message difficult to read.  By adding this feature to Populi, you will significantly increase the readability of our messaging.
