Allow to-do assignments in communication plans to have a future due date

Currently, if you add a to-do to a communication plan, it becomes due on the day on which it is assigned. I would like the ability to assign a to-do to appear, for example, on day 7, but not to be due until day 14. This gives the recipient a heads up that the deadline is coming instead of making the deadline immediate.
