Default Max Enrollment to Max Class Size

When creating a course instance,  and the course is assigned to a building and room, it would be helpful if the max enrollment for the course instance would default to the max capacity of the assigned room.  Then the course creator could lower the count manually, but not be allowed to increase the count greater than the room capacity.
