Application Gateway Form Request
The box to allow Text Messaging doesn’t pop up for Phone until an applicant selects an Application. Their eyes have already moved beyond the new information now appearing for Phone.
Could it appear under Phone automatically?
Also, could the language next to this checkbox be changed to "You have my permission to text me important messages related to my application and enrollment status."
@LeAnn - The texting opt-in doesn't show up until they choose an application (when that is an option) because whether or not they can opt-in can be different depending on the application. If you set up the form to be for a specific application only, and that application allows them to opt-in, the checkbox will always show up. We'll give the "all applications" case some thought and see if we can make that nicer to use.
Because of the way SMS notifications work in Populi we can't make that message customizable.
