Add the CIP code to the Academic/Degree page

Now that we must enter our data into IPEDS manually, it would be helpful to be able to see the CIP code on the Academic/Degree screed to know which degrees match the CIP code on the IPEDs data printout.

I now must open each degree link to see that CIP code rather than having the code for each on the one screen.
