Please give the option to have failed ACH payments automatically voided, as opposed to having to go in to the student account and 'manually' void the payment.

Jeff Ingle Agreed! It has always struck me as odd that failed payments (both ACH and card payments, really) need to be manually voided. If our staff who handles this is on vacation, a student account with a failed payment still shows as paid on time, which isn't particularly helpful.

Lauren Guthrie - Registrar Failed ACH and credit card payments should absolutely void automatically to ensure an accurate financial record for the student. Doing this manually is just another step that could be streamlined.
