Degree Audit and Course Satisfying Multiple Requirements

We have many courses that are part of multiple Course Groups. When applied to a degree, we want it to satisfy both requirements, but count the number credits once toward the overall degree credit requirement.

Currently, a course that can meet two areas shows up as fulfilled for one area on the Degree Audit and is grayed out on the other, with the  option to click the checkbox and apply it to the second area instead.

For example, Bible 101 can satisfy the General Education humanities requirement and also meet the Bible Core elective requirement. We added Bible 101 to both Course Groups. If a student takes it, on the degree audit we want it applied to satisfy both Course Groups.

We would like it to apply and fulfill both areas of the Degree Audit.

Thanks,
Robert
