August we billed a student 4 courses. Everything was correct on his account. Then in November a withdraw of 2 of the August courses occurred. At the same time that the withdraw happened though those 2 courses showed up deleted in August. Very misleading.
This makes the financial side look wrong for August. Common sense would say leave August as what really happened. Then in November show that those 2 classes were withdrawn.
First it verifies in August you billed the student correctly! Secondly, in November shows you when a change was made....not only the date, but that it confirms that a refund was not needed.
