The aggregate activity in these two reports ought to equal the change in the aggregate student account balance over the same period of time. Period. End of story.
So I guess that the feature request is to do whatever is necessary to make that happen.
Two items that apparently impact student accounts but do not go through these reports are convenience fees and Financial Aid refund to source.
