Would it be possible to create a button in Populi that faculty could click (maybe on the roster screen or gradebook) beside a student's name that would trigger a notification that the student is at-risk or in need of retention focus/assistance? The faculty member could just look through the roster and hit a button that would trigger a consequence (an e-mail sent to someone designated for retention or a report or something).

Dr. Michael Jackson - Have you tried using advising flags? You can set on by clicking Actions > Flag student on the roster student page (click a students name on the roster to get there).

Question: is it possible to set up an automation on flags (I understand that we can do notifications within advising, but I'm talking about the back-end automations so that someone who isn't the advisor gets an email when a flag is applied)?
