Apply Default Tags to New Students

Could you add the ability to apply custom default tags to new student's once their application has been approved? These would then be used to filter and keep track of the onboarding process. One of these tags that we would want to be automatically applied is "Need Profile Picture." Thus we can quickly keep track of all new students who still do not have a profile picture.
