Currently Data Slicer report access is only limited by user roles. However, this means that the list can become unwieldy if you have a number of high-privilege users at your school, and a large number of reports.
It is possible to limit access to the Admissions reports to oneself, instead of all people. It would be great if there were an option to do the same for the Data Slicer.
Perhaps this could be implemented in the UI as a checkbox in the modal dialog that shows up after clicking the Save / Save as New Report link.
Since you just added a pencil link to the main reports list in order to edit the report name, perhaps clicking that link could also let you edit who was able to see the report.
Reporting access controls were one of the features of our previous SIS, a custom solution that I built based on the Salesforce platform, so this would be a great addition, I think. Thanks!
