We'd like the functionality of the public transcript request form to be separated from the transcript request functionality for students with Populi access. Right now its all or nothing - if you don't have it enabled for students, you can't have it enabled to the public.
We use a third party for transcripts for some of our students, and the populi functionality for others, but there is no way to provide distinction, and direct the students to the correct place for transcript requests within populi.
