Role email changes

With the ability of Populi to email you when a role is added or changed, the email I get only shows the Role that has been added to a person. I would like to also include in this email, who made this role addition or change. Would provide more accountability. This would be much better than going in to the user whose role was added or changed and seeing who made the change. Thank you.
