Add a filter in Data Slicer to show whether people have ever logged in to Populi

We would like to have a filter on the Data Slicer to show if students have ever logged in to Populi.

I can report in Data Slicer on the Enrollments in a particular term, but I can't currently filter this down to just the people that have actually logged in

I can tell whether Roles & Programs are active, or whether students have a Verified Email Address, but these things don't confirm that they have actually logged in.

If we had this filter, it would very helpful to know which of our new students we need to contact.

I think this feature request would be fairly easy to implement because it is rather narrowly scoped (probably just a few DB queries), and would be unlikely to cause regressions elsewhere in Populi or negatively impact the UX.

  Last night we added a Last Active filter to Contacts and Data Slicer.

  Engagement with Populi would be a very helpful thing to short and flag.

  I just realized this could also be especially useful for schools that had been using Populi mainly as SIS but are moving classes online, to verify students had been able to log in.

  Last Date of Attendance can do that for course participation, but a flag for log in would catch things sooner.

  How our old LMS, Moodle, did it was via a Last Login Date for each student.

  If that existed, you could use it for other things as well, and if it was blank, you would know they never logged in.
