The terms that are created within the academic year that end up not having courses or enrollment due to lack of quorum and you do not want it to appear on the selection list, according to Populi the only option is to delete them, but for me as a Registrar it would be more useful that they could be deactivate without having to delete them because I lose the sequence and consistency of them in the system. In addition to this, the option to activate and deactivate them would also help me create future terms and leave them in this status until it is time to activate them to begin programming and enroll students. This option would be useful so that inactive terms do not appear in the selection list. If they need to appear in the selection, they should be activated. Not deleting a created term leaving it disabled would help me for statistics and reporting purposes. This option would be excellent and very useful if Registrars had this option to activate or deactivate terms. Hoping you can consider this request.
