It would be useful to have the ability to assign a particular role which only applies to a select campus or campuses (or programs, etc.).
For example, our multi-campus school has a program managed by a program-specific associate registrar. We want this individual to have the authorization to do a range of things for students on that campus, but do not want to grant access to confidential information for students attending on other campuses. By being able to control which campus (or program, etc.) the role applies to, we would have a very easy and powerful solution. As it is we are stuck with work-arounds.
