In an attempt to identify leads/student contact compliance, is it possible to create a data collection/tracking of last contact attempt?

  We are looking to pull from the activity to note of activities.

  Oh, I see what you mean - from the Activity Feed. That might be a nice addition.
  
  Do you all log calls in the Activity Feed? We do not at my institution (in part because there isn't really a way that we know of to report on that data).

  At a previous university, we were able to track how many "notes" were made on student accounts and used that for daily metrics goal.

  For this reason and many more, we would also like to be able to filter on and include notes in exports that we pull for tracking purposes.

  Please add "Last Updated" column to Leads (like exists with Inquiries) but sorts by last updated Activity Feed Note
