Zoom Integration, additional features
When a Zoom conference is added, it shows up automatically on the course 'Calendar'. But it doesn't show up on the 'attendance' screen. Whereas, if I manually add something to the Calendar, it shows up in the attendance. Adding it automatically to the attendance would be of great help.
2. When a Zoom conference is scheduled, it shows up on my Zoom account. However when I delete the conference, it will not delete from the Zoom account. I still see the deleted conferences in my Zoom account.
3. Currently, the notification to students is sent after the faculty/host starts the meeting. However, there is no notification to students with the Zoom link well-ahead of the meeting time. For example, when I use my Zoom account, I schedule a meeting and send the link to participants few days before the meeting and a reminder goes the morning of the meeting. Currently there is no option for the faculty to do it on Populi.
4. Recurring meeting. If there are 5 classes in a day, is there an option to setup a recurring conference so the students can reconnect with the same link and not have to wait for a new link every hour?
