We need the capabilty to allow certain staff to view student billing accounts for specific students, but not have the ability to make any changes to the student account.
I have submitted requests for the Student Billing Auditor role. And have spoken with Issac on the phone about this need.
It appears that the Financial Aid role has this "view only" ability into student billing. Would it be easier to just add this view-only capability into other roles, such as admissions?
Either way is acceptable to us.. But a solution is highly needed ....
