Personal Reflection Journals

Would you consider adding a feature that would allow reflection conversations between the instructor and the student.  In Moodle, this was called "Personal Journal" and had its own icon.  It is much less formal than an "assignment."  It works well in smaller classes where we encourage students to go deeper in their own reflections to enhance their practical skills in things like listening and responding.  It also allowed them to think about their own motivations and personal ethics.   Both students and myself found this to be a very valuable learning tool.
