I do a lot of communication template work and while I adjust the user roles on the template, those only adjust who can view and edit the various template. The roles don't carry over to when I'm sending the email from the student's profile. I have to re-add the roles each time I use the template. Because of my role in my institution, it's not beneficial to me to change my general Activity Feed settings because I would almost always be adding or subtracting roles each time I send an email. Would it be possible to make Activity Feed settings an additional piece of each template? I feel it would be very helpful, especially to those of us who cross department lines frequently.

Chris Krum-Morrison Tech I would find this very helpful too! I have different roles here at the college as well and this would save time!
