Please allow students to delete their submissions and then resubmit.

This is probably the single most common student support task that we do. Would be very helpful.

Assignment submission is modeled on a "dropbox" where a student would drop off a physical assignment, but not be able to retrieve it without assistance from the recipient. Students are free to submit another version with a note of explanation.

Ok, makes sense, but for some reason, this doesn't appear to get through to our students.

Is there some way that it could be clearer to them that they could submit another version?
