I think it could be useful to add a "history" log to tags showing when individuals were added or removed from a tag-group.
Currently, I use tags to mark my Academic Probation students at different levels. Seeing a "history" of tags might help with being able to track totals and an individual's probation history.
I believe the only way I can track this through Populi is by looking over each person's News Feed history for "changes", which is not efficient.
Thanks!

Evan Donovan This could be useful.
In the interim, you could use some of the Discipline options for tracking Academic Probation. That is what Populi recommends, I believe. Specifically, we use Academic Warning and Academic Probation to correlate to SAP Warning and SAP Probation, respectively. The advantage of these is that they also show directly on the student's transcript in Populi.

Nic Toney I appreciate the suggestion, Evan.
The issue I have with that is that the Academic Probation discipline only has 1 "level" so to speak, but we have 4 levels of Probation at our college. The first is just a warning, so I could use Academic Warning for that, but the other 3 are more serious, and I don't think the designation of just "Academic Probation" offers enough clarity on that for my usage.
I submitted a request for adding levels of Probation to the Populi discipline (which would help with more automatic triggers than doing everything manually), so I'm just waiting on if there will be any bites. -
Evan Donovan I think having more levels would be helpful to us also, because there's one level in our system that we had to re-purpose a non-academic discipline status in order to capture.
