Duplicate Lesson within Course

Hi all--

A nice feature would be the ability to duplicate a lesson within a course. It would really help us easily replicate the same structure for lessons.

  Strongly recommend adding this. It creates amount of work to have to duplicate the lesson structure over and over again within a course. I also recommend adding ability to duplicate a page within a lesson.

  Can you please add the feature to duplicate a lesson within a course. Easily replicating the same structure within our lesson plans would be great as we are constantly recreating the wheel.
