Add "Provision Acceptance" to drop down options on Application fields

Would like the option for accepting a specific field to be provisional acceptance. If I am responsible for accepting the academic submissions for an application, I would like to be able to mark that field with Provisional Acceptance as a way to flag the admissions team to know it wasn't a clean acceptance. We have the option to admit people on Academic probation if their incoming ACT/SAT score is too low or high school GPA or class rank, all required fields for athletic eligibility as well.
