Hi Populi team,
While many of our courses require payment by the same date at the start of the term, we have some courses with specific payment deadlines. For example, a modular course in November does not need to be paid in September already--payment is due two weeks prior to the course. Unfortunately, when invoicing charges, I am not able to invoice the charges triggered by specific courses at separate times--"Course" is not a filter in the Pending Charges page.
So, all of the charges for this hypothetical modular November course show as due in September in a student's financial tab. As often and as clearly as we try to clarify with students via email that certain courses have separate payment due dates that are not accurately reflected in Populi, we invariable have students failing to meet deadlines (if the unique deadline is earlier than the general deadline) or generally being confused because the dates we send them via email do not align with what their Financial Dashboard says.
Would it be possible to add a filter to the Pending Charges page where I can filter pending charges by the course that triggers them to be able to invoice them with their own posted and due dates? This way I can invoice each course with a unique payment deadline first, before mass-invoicing the fees that should be due on the general date for the term.
