Application Forms and the "Choose from a list" Option

The "Choose from a list (custom)" option on the application form could really do with a feature add that would allow the application builder to insert additional list items in between existing list items without having to either add it at the bottom or otherwise re-do the entire list. Alternatively (or perhaps in addition to this feature), the ability to alphabetize these lists would also be extremely useful.
