It would be wonderful to be able to assign Individual Communication Plans Items a highlight of a certain color. Then at a glance you would be able to differentiate between multiple communication plans or a To-Do you've assigned manually. Right now it's not in any particular order and hard to distinguish.

Cyndi Myers there definitely needs to be a way to categorize and sort/filter which templates we can see. its a pain to scroll and scroll and scroll through templates....

Donna Haug I meant on the student's profile itself. However, I do agree that scrolling through templates to use or assign to a Communication Plan is a bit of a pain. it would be nice to be able to categorize them. We've added a grouping name at the start to at least clump topics together (i.e., Finance Office - Notice of .... or Graduation - Memo...) But I still have to scroll through pages of Finance stuff every time I want to get to my Grad stuff. :)
I LOVE the Communication Plan options and try hard to find creative ways to use them. But it can be challenging. With some tweaking it would be amazing.

Cyndi Myers ya, itd be great if email templates allowed more robost editing/design. right now i have to go into the source code to format, which isn't ideal, and doesn't always work
