It would be useful if there was a way to add a category or filter of some sort to the Communications->Templates->Email Templates list.
Right now, we have a huge list that I just have to scroll through. It would be useful if you could add a custom category when creating/editing the email templates and then a dropdown from the main list. It would make organizing a lot cleaner.

You can now add categories while editing a template (email, letter, todo) and then filter the list of templates by those categories.
That would be nice. Right now we preface ours by Department / User Role, to sort them, like "Admissions", "Student Services", "Registrar", "Academic Administration", "Billing", "Financial Aid", etc.
Good point Evan! We do the same with abbreviations: ACC, FIN, ENR, SS, etc.
I know you can organize them by Roles, but I don't see this as very helpful... It is fairly limiting depending on the context.
I.e. We have many emails for different departments that aren't necessarily differentiated in the Populi roles.
