We need an ability to add external links under Files. So, for example, instead of uploading all our syllabi to Populi, we would like to link to them in GDrive/Dropbox.

Vadim Chepurny This is in reference to the main Files section of Populi (black navigation bar).
Surprised this is still not possible.
