Many of our former students accidently choose options for current students and don't realize they have to pay the fee for the transcript request. I have to contact them to explain what they have missed and ask them to submit the form again. I think it's confusing because options for former and current students are there together under Delivery method. Can we give a student an opportunity to indicate themselves as a former or a current before they choose delivery method? Thank you.
