I would like to be able to customize the text in the e-mail that gets sent to references via the online forms. Even better yet would be to link fields that the student enters with what goes into the e-mail request.

You can now customize the online reference emails. Go to Admissions->Settings->Online Reference Forms, click on a form then click "Invitation Email" and select "Custom."
We would like this feature as well. And particularly because we'd like the letter to indicate if the student has waived FERPA or not. Right now, the letter-writer can't know until they go to the link and upload the letter.
Chrissy Coleman - Populi has a built in FERPA waiver for online references. You can read about it here.
We would like this for the purpose of letting the referrer's know which reference form they're completing.
We would like to customize the messaging so that we can add logos, signatures, and additional information on what it means for someone to have submitted a reference form.
